What is the process for a branding project?

Most agencies will sell you a "process" that's really a meter running: billable discovery phases, standing retainers, and a calendar full of boardroom meetings. Ours is built to do the opposite. A branding project runs in three focused phases — discovery, strategy, identity — and you work directly with the senior people doing the work, so it takes weeks, not quarters.

The three phases

  • Discovery & research. We dig into your market, audience, and competitors to find where you can win — tightly, not as an open-ended billable exercise.
  • Brand strategy. We define positioning, core message, and value proposition — the thinking everything else hangs on.
  • Brand identity. We build the visual system: logo, type, color, and guidelines that hold together everywhere.

What makes our process different

Standard agencies put an account manager between you and the designers, so your brief plays a game of telephone and juniors learn on your budget. We don't. You talk straight to the senior specialists doing the work, you see real deliverables at each phase, and you get a live outcome instead of an endless deck of options. No retainer you don't need, no meetings that exist to justify the invoice.

How much of your time it takes

Less than you'd expect. We ask for focused input at a few key points — a kickoff, a strategy review, and design feedback — and handle the rest, so there are no black-box surprises.

It's how we delivered the funded MVB for Pilotis and the human-first rebrand for Intellicore. See the full scope of our brand identity and strategy work.

A branding process without the bloat

Senior people, no account managers, weeks not quarters. Let's talk.
