The Results
Successfully secured £500,000 in startup investment by presenting a clear, strategic Minimum Viable Brand and polished UI to investors.
The Problem
Pilotis, an innovative architecture tech startup, needed to secure vital seed investment for their project planning application. However, they lacked a Minimum Viable Brand (MVB) and clear market positioning. Without a strong visual identity, they struggled to effectively communicate to investors how their app solved the costly industry-wide problem of project overruns.
The Agitation
In a highly competitive startup investment landscape, a weak brand identity meant Pilotis risked being entirely overlooked. Their inability to visually articulate their unified project platform made it incredibly difficult to build market credibility, directly threatening their chances of securing the crucial funding necessary for software development and commercial launch.

The Solution
We developed a comprehensive visual and digital strategy specifically tailored for the architecture sector. We created the scalable 'Pillars' concept—a minimalist logo utilizing modern typography—alongside intuitive UI software mockups, a compelling single-page Webflow landing page, and a highly polished investor slide deck designed to highlight their unique value proposition.

The Result
The highly strategic brand presentation was instrumental in Pilotis successfully securing £500,000 in startup investment. The cohesive, professional branding withstood intense investor scrutiny, clearly communicated the application's utility, and provided a scalable visual foundation ready to adapt to future market expansions and technological integrations like AI and VR.
