The Problem
The Merging Path faced significant digital hurdles: their existing website suffered from an inconsistent design and build, and their content completely lacked SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) integration. As a premium training provider needing to sell high-ticket courses, this disjointed online presence created heavy friction in their sales process and severely hindered their ability to capture organic, high-intent search traffic.
The Agitation
Without a cohesive, technically optimized platform, The Merging Path struggled to effectively market their premium services, such as a crucial 1-day training course that required 30 subscribers at $3,000 each. Furthermore, the absence of an integrated client management portal and a heavy reliance on expensive developers just to launch new marketing landing pages severely stunted their business agility and drained internal resources.

The Solution
We took over the entire design and development process to build a unified brand experience. We migrated the whole site to Webflow utilizing the highly scalable Lumos Framework and rewrote the content for rigorous SEO and AEO performance. Alongside building highly targeted service marketing landing pages, we developed a custom client web app, providing a seamless portal where training participants can actively track their progress and action items.

The Result
The streamlined, friction-free sales process yielded massive financial returns. The dedicated service landing page successfully converted and secured all 30 spots for their high-ticket course, generating $90,000. Empowered by the intuitive Webflow CMS, The Merging Path team is now launching subsequent courses and landing pages entirely on their own—saving thousands in developer time while delivering a premium, on-brand app experience to their trainees.
