The Problem
Intelligent Learning Solutions (ILS) was born from founder Diane’s extensive teaching background in the corporate oil and gas industry. However, this legacy corporate branding completely missed the mark with the platform's actual target audience: teenagers revising for higher maths and their parents. Because the brand identity felt unrelatable and rigid to everyday students, the educational app struggled to gain traction and generated zero sales during its time operating under the ILS name.
The Agitation
Beyond the branding disconnect, the platform's backend infrastructure was actively holding the business back. Diane was entirely reliant on expensive external developers to make even the smallest updates to the website or the app's course content. This rigid setup was financially unsustainable and incredibly slow. The combination of an unengaging brand and a costly, inflexible backend bottleneck severely threatened the viability of the entire educational application.

The Solution
We executed a complete strategic pivot. First, we rebranded the product as "Mint Maths," introducing a fresh, highly engaging visual identity specifically designed to resonate with students and parents. Next, we migrated the platform's backend away from the expensive legacy developers to our team. We built a highly intuitive, easily managed Webflow website and app interface. Finally, we repositioned ILS as a parent company with a dedicated landing page, ensuring the business could manage future products without losing any legacy web traffic.

The Result
Shedding the corporate identity in favor of a vibrant, student-friendly brand yielded immediate, measurable success. Diane is now fully empowered to update app courses and edit the Webflow site entirely on her own—completely eliminating her reliance on costly developer time. The highly relatable Mint Maths brand and seamless new user experience quickly broke the sales drought, successfully generating the platform's first revenue and establishing a scalable, profitable foundation for the future.
